Ms Katherine Chua has trained many management executives for several years, at all levels from both the public and private sectors since 1992, in Singapore and regionally.

Ms Kris Loy has over 24 years of experience in HR development, business advisory, and adult education. She has worked as a facilitator, consultant, and courseware developer, and currently serves as an adjunct lecturer and Chair of the IAL’s Adult Education Network Special Interest Group, focusing on critical core skills in the sector.

Dr Michael Choy is the founder and CEO of Tech Tree, a leader in AI-powered e-learning solutions across Asia. With over 28 years in education, he’s known for pioneering error-based learning and driving innovation in adult training. His work has impacted thousands of educators and learners regionally.

Ms Michelle Tan is a multilingual learning and development professional with a Master’s in Organisational Psychology. She has led coaching and leadership programmes across sectors, known for delivering human-centred solutions that build clarity, resilience, and strategic impact.

Ms Norintan Shariff is a passionate people developer with almost 14 years in the learning and development space in various domains; retail, tourism, hospitality, service excellence, leadership & people management, human resource management, business management and many others.

Mr Stanley Teo is an accomplished professional with over 23 years of experience in ESG & sustainability reporting, carbon accounting, asset enhancement, crisis management and people development.

Ms Susan Kwa is a Consumer Insights Specialist and ICF-trained Coach with over 20 years of experience helping organisations turn data into action. She empowers professionals to use Generative AI for research, content creation, and process improvement.

Ms Susan Lim has 20 years of teaching and training experience in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Myanmar, and aspires to make a difference in the lives of both the youths and adults.

Mr William Thien is a certified Practicing Management Consultant (PMC, Bilingual in English and Chinese), Certified Productivity Consultant (CPC) and a Certified Workplace Learning Specialist (CWLS) with EON Consulting & Training Pte Ltd.
