Linda Ng
Ms Linda Ng is an influential HR practitioner with over 18 years of HR experience spanning diverse industries such as FMCG, Oil & Gas, Banking, Real Estate and Luxury Beauty with a primary focus on learning and development.
Her vision is to be recognised as People Architect who engages the hearts and minds of professionals in renewing organisational culture. Her mission is to raise organisational performance through values alignment, coaching, diagnostics and experiential learning.
She started her training career in standup training at Shell Eastern Petroleum by designing and facilitating corporate training at multiple corporate levels. As a fluent facilitator, Linda engages her learners to apply their learning at work. She is an adjunct facilitator at Institute of Adult Learning where she facilitates ACTA (Advanced Cert in Training and Assessment) and SDAF (Specialist Diploma in Advanced Facilitation) programs.
Linda held L & D appointments at Kraft Foods, Jones Lang LaSalle and Estee Lauder Cosmetics. She managed regional, local training programs, corporate talent pool, performance management and employee engagement among other initiatives. Her accomplishments include the successful implementation of regional e-learning platform, mystery shopping and onboarding programs.
As a HR Business Partner in consumer banking, Linda performed the full HR spectrum i.e. recruitment, compensation, benefits, succession planning and talent management. Linda’s strong understanding of HR processes (both generalist and specialist) gained from MNCs provided a foundation to engage with clients, understand key issues with a view to solve people challenges and improve organisational performance.
Linda graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Business (Honors) in 2000. She obtained her ACTA in 2005 with Singapore Training and Development Association and was certified in 2009 as a NLP Practitioner with American Board of NLP, USA. She also holds a Diploma in Adult Continuing Education and is a Certified Workplace Learning Specialist. She graduated with a Master of Arts in Lifelong Learning from University College London, Institute of Education (ranked top 10 worldwide). As a research practitioner, she has a strong interest in workplace learning and reflective practice.

Linda believes in enabling people through empowerment to raise organisational performance. She practices mindfulness in her everyday life. She also serves as a volunteer at The Other Side Foundation, a charity in Zambia that provides education for orphans and vulnerable children.
