Working with Different Personalities
The workplace is filled with colourful personalities. While you can’t change behaviours, you can learn how to handle them effectively.
Admin work today involves a lot of data — copying, transferring, checking, organising and compiling reports.
These tasks take time, feel repetitive, and small mistakes can easily slip in.
This 1 day WSQ course shows learners how generative AI tools can simplify and automate key parts of admin data workflows — such as combining information from multiple sources, cleaning and structuring data, identifying patterns, and preparing clearer reports for supervisors and teams.
Through hands on practice with commonly used AI tools, participants learn how to turn manual routines into AI assisted workflows that save time, reduce repetitive effort and improve work efficiency. No coding background is required.
Free and easy to access AI platforms will be used during the course, such as ChatGPT and Claude AI.
Whether your role support finance, HR, procurement, customer service or operations, you will learn practical ways to use AI responsibly at work, spot opportunities for AI adoption, and present a simple mock up showing how an improved workflow can benefit your team.
At the end of the programme, participants will be able to:
1. Understanding AI in Administrative Work
2. Common Generative AI Tools
3. Identifying Opportunities for AI Adoption in Work Areas
4. Participating in Innovation – Generating Mock-Ups & Sharing
