Minimum Entry Requirements
– Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English at a basic working level
– No prior experience in process improvement or team management is required
Prerequisites
- Participants are encouraged to bring a laptop with internet access to participate fully in the Generative AI-assisted learning activities. Access to a Generative AI tool such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Gemini is recommended.
Methodology
The training programme will be delivered through a combination of interactive lectures, facilitated discussions, workplace case studies, role-play simulations, group activities, and AI-assisted exercises to provide participants with practical opportunities to apply facilitative leadership skills in realistic workplace situations.
