Minimum Entry Requirements

– No prior experience or knowledge required
– At least Secondary School qualifications or equivalent
– Be able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 4

Prerequisites

Participants are strongly recommended to bring their laptops for this course to facilitate ease of assessment and use of the generative AI tool. Alternatively, a tablet can be used.

Methodology

This training programme will be delivered through interactive lectures, group discussions, case studies, hands-on exercises, and with the integration of generative AI tools to help learners gain real-world experience in crafting professional emails and adapting their tone and style for various workplace scenarios.

Certification Obtained
