Mr Stanley Teo is an accomplished professional with over 23 years of experience in ESG & sustainability reporting, carbon accounting, asset enhancement, crisis management and people development.
During his tenure as Deputy Director within the Public Service, Stanley led and managed teams responsible for asset management and engineering excellence for over $10 Billion worth of commercial properties in Singapore. Stanley’s deep focus on green building has made him a recognized expert on sustainability initiatives. He successfully achieved key targets set for PSTLES and GreenGov.SG to de-carbonize and seek new renewable energy sources.
As a certified Executive Coach by the International Coaching Federation, he has been instrumental in training and coaching organizations and businesses across Asia, helping to propel their teams towards sustainable leadership and long-term business strategy.
Stanley’s strong leadership skills and dedication to process innovation and productivity have earned him numerous awards, most notably the Pingat Kepujian Medal by the Republic of Singapore. He has also hosted bilingual learning workshops with the Federal Merchants Association Singapore on various topics relating to digitalization, automation, and retail transformation.
Ms Michelle Tan is a multilingual, passionate and perceptive learning and development professional who brings a wealth of cross-cultural experience and human-centered insight to her work. With a strong belief in the transformative power of collaboration, she has supported individuals and teams across diverse industries in navigating complexity, building meaningful connections, and unlocking their potential.
Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology, which underpins her expertise in coaching, facilitation, and leadership development. Her approach is grounded in empathy and clarity—she sees people not only as they are, but as they aspire to be. Whether guiding individuals through personal growth or helping teams align with strategic goals, Michelle is known for her ability to create safe, reflective spaces that foster trust, resilience, and breakthrough thinking. Minimum Entry Requirements

Methodology
The training programme will be delivered through a combination of e-learning, interactive short lectures, class exercises and discussions, case-studies, guided reflection, role plays and various learning activities to achieve the desired learning outcome.
