Learn how to influence decisions and persuade others effectively, be it with your boss, colleagues, partners, clients or customers.
Meetings are a necessary part of work, and we attend many meetings throughout the workweek. Sometimes meetings may not be productive due to insufficient thought and planning. This may result in a meeting without clear direction and lack of real decisions or actions to take at the end.
Facilitating effective meetings requires a skill set to ensure that meetings are result-oriented and achieve the intended outcomes of solving problems, brainstorming ideas or sharing information.
Do you dive right into solving a problem or do you assess your options first? Learn to make reliable decisions through systematic methods of problem solving.
