– Able to communicate in spoken and written English, minimum 'O' Levels

Methodology

Participants will learn about the elements of service excellence and how to practise them in their workplace. Case studies, group discussions, role plays and facilitation will be used to achieve the desired learning outcomes.

Certification Obtained

Certificate of Attendance will be issued upon at least 75% attendance.
