Dr Michael Choy is the founder and CEO of Tech Tree, a Singapore-headquartered company that develops cutting-edge e-learning programmes for training organizations and enterprises in the local and regional CET sectors. With over 28 years of experience in education, Michael has established himself as a thought leader in the field of adult education, recognized for his innovative pedagogical tools and ground-breaking research that has reshaped the way we think about learning and instruction, including error-based learning approaches. Over the years, his teams have won numerous awards including the prestigious innovPlus award (with S$200,000) given by the government multiple times! The innovative tech-enabled learning approaches included using AI and chatbots for learning. In addition, Michael has personally trained over 7,000 teachers and adult educators in Singapore, ASEAN, and China, as well as designed a proprietary learning and teaching styles programme used in 40 schools to train over 45,000 students.
