The sophisticated ability of humans to influence and be influenced by each other is probably one of the key foundations of the evolutionary success of our species. It’s an essential part of human communication and a powerful tool in both the personal and professional lives of people of all sorts. We all need to use the art of influencing others in some aspect of our lives, from finding out your influencing style to practising influencing tactics, this programme equips you with the skill to change minds and confidently express your views and put your persuasion skills into action.

After the workshop, you will be able to:

• At the end of the course, students will have an opportunity to ask questions and fill out an action plan.

  NTUC members enjoy 50% unfunded* course fee support for up to $250 each year when you sign up for courses supported under UTAP. NTUC members aged 40 and above can enjoy higher funding support up to $500 per individual each year, capped at 50% of unfunded course fees, for courses attended between 1 July 2020 to 31 December 2025.
