Minimum Entry Requirements

– Age Requirements: 21 Years and above;
– Minimum education level: GCE 'N' Level;
– Required years of experience: 6 months of work experience and;
– Be able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 4

Methodology

The training programme will be delivered through a combination of e-learning, interactive short lectures, class exercises and discussions, case-studies, and guided reflection to achieve the desired learning outcome.
