(WSQ) Growing as a Professional – Managing Own Performance & Professional Development

This course will help learners better understand the performance expected of their roles, and take proactive actions to engage and collaborate with their supervisors to achieve the required work. Learners will also learn how to initiate regular self-reflection and  identify developmental opportunities within the organisation. Finally, the learners will learn how to participate actively and positively in the performance and career development discussions to move towards their career aspirations and professional growth.

  NTUC members enjoy 50% unfunded* course fee support for up to $250 each year when you sign up for courses supported under UTAP. NTUC members aged 40 and above can enjoy higher funding support up to $500 per individual each year, capped at 50% of unfunded course fees, for courses attended between 1 July 2020 to 31 December 2025. • Enhanced Training Subsidy for Small Medium Enterprises (ETSS): If your business meets SME criteria, you are eligible to enjoy up to 70% in Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS) for any SC or PR employee that you sponsor for training, on top of baseline subsidies.
• Absentee Payroll: You can now easily apply for absentee payroll through the Enterprise Job Skills (EPJS) Portal. Sponsoring employers of Singapore Citizens aged 30 and above, earning $2,500 or less per month, are eligible for AP at up to 95% of trainee’s basic hourly salary, capped at $13 per hour.
