(SFw) Lead Team Leaders to Develop Business Strategies and Governance Management
Develop business strategies and operational plans, which are aligned to organisational plans and facilitate a learning environment for enhanced team performance.
(Promote and sustain employee engagement efforts)
How can Senior Staff Members Participate in Employee Engagement and Contribute to Building a Great Place to Work for Everyone?
To promote and sustain employee engagement efforts in your organisation, it needs to be led and owned by staff members, rather than just HR or the centre leaders. Experienced senior teachers, or similar senior staff members who have been in the organisation for a while and have an appreciation of its corporate culture are valuable partners who can serve as champions / change agents to influence, promote and implement initiatives that impact employee engagement.
For such employee engagement champions, they benefit from being more directly involved in contributing ideas, influencing decision-making and implementing employee engagement initiatives. They also represent their colleagues in communicating and providing feedback to continually refine and improve in the implemented initiatives, that contribute to making their organisation a great place to work for everyone.
This workshop aims to equip new employee engagement champions with essential knowledge and skill-sets pertaining to planning, implementing and communicating employee engagement initiatives in their preschools. These include being aware of (1) the purpose and value of employee engagement, (2) their roles and responsibilities as champions, (3) how to plan and implement the common types of employee engagement initiatives and (4) how to engage and communicate the various stakeholders before and during implementation.
As a result, the employee engagement champions will feel more enabled and empowered to perform their roles and duties within their preschools and make a difference to their workplace and colleagues.

Being a supervisor may be overwhelming when you might be managing multiple teams or staff who are older than you, but you can build up the trust & competence needed to do so
Meetings are a necessary part of work, and we attend many meetings throughout the workweek. Sometimes meetings may not be productive due to insufficient thought and planning. This may result in a meeting without clear direction and lack of real decisions or actions to take at the end.
Facilitating effective meetings requires a skill set to ensure that meetings are result-oriented and achieve the intended outcomes of solving problems, brainstorming ideas or sharing information.
