Ms Kris Loy has over 24 years of experience in HR development, business advisory, and adult education. She has worked as a facilitator, consultant, and courseware developer, and currently serves as an adjunct lecturer and Chair of the IAL’s Adult Education Network Special Interest Group, focusing on critical core skills in the sector.
Dr Michael Choy is the founder and CEO of Tech Tree, a leader in AI-powered e-learning solutions across Asia. With over 28 years in education, he’s known for pioneering error-based learning and driving innovation in adult training. His work has impacted thousands of educators and learners regionally.
