EON Consulting & Training Pte Ltd was established in 1996 and specialises in providing human capital consulting and training services to organisations in Singapore.

It has helped organisations improve on strategic human capital alignment and day-to-day HR operations through three main areas of support, namely, consulting, training and information service.

Key Services

Information Service

This service aims at providing our members with up to date information about human resource management and development so that quality decisions can be made at the work place on the day to day basis. For daily updates and discussion, members can use the information service components such as Email Alerts, Members' Forum, Manager's Tool Kit. Member communications are very active on the daily basis.

In addition, EON is also the corporate author for publications such as 'The Hands On Guide - Human Resource Manager, Singapore', 'HR Letters, Forms and Policies, Singapore', 'Essential HR Solutions Singapore - Letters, Forms & Policies' and 'Employment Law Asia' (Singapore chapters), published by CCH Asia Pte Ltd.

Human Capital Development / Training

Public and in-company training programmes are tailored to provide participants with a holistic learning experience. Customised in-house courses are among our forte as we have a pool of both in-house and associate trainers who can customise courses to your request.

EON is registered with GEBIZ and SSG as a training provider. Most of our courses are supported by the SDF/SFC/WSQ funding scheme as we are a WSQ Approved Training Organisation (ATO) accredited by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) to provide WSQ training & assessments.

This service aims to assist companies to set up HR systems, policies and procedures to achieve appropriate management of human capital.

EON believes that people are the key to an organisation's success. It is the people who decide how all the other resources (finance, capital, raw material) are to be allocated, managed, and utilised. In this regard, HR managers must be effective business partners.
