Who should attend

Professionals, managers, executives, supervisors, team leaders and aspiring individual contributors.

Minimum Entry Requirements

– No prior experience or knowledge required
– Secondary school qualifications or equivalent
– Be able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 4

Methodology

This is a highly interactive workshop with mini-lectures, group discussions, presentations, and case studies. Participants are expected to contribute actively to achieve maximum learning impact.

Certification Obtained

Upon successfully demonstrating competence in all the knowledge and skills requirements, you will be issued with a Statement of Attainment (SOA) from SkillsFuture Singapore, available for download on the MySkillsFuture portal or via OpenCerts.io.
