I resonate most with Resilience

Resilience resonates deeply with Rhonny because he has witnessed firsthand how personal and professional setbacks can derail even experienced PMETs. Surveys by WTW and reporting by Mothership and The Straits Times consistently show that financial and career uncertainty are among the top stressors for mid-career professionals, impacting their wellbeing, performance, and sense of purpose. In today’s rapidly evolving AI-driven work landscape, the pace of change reshapes leadership expectations and demands continuous adaptation.

Rhonny believes that cultivating resilience — the ability to quickly recover from challenges, stay connected to like-minded communities, and remain informed and relevant — is essential not only for career sustainability but also for personal fulfilment. For him, resilience is more than a skill; it is a lifelong practice and core part of lifelong learning, enabling individuals to navigate uncertainty, embrace growth, and lead meaningful, purposeful lives.
