Norintan Shariff

Ms Norintan Shariff has built a successful career in the learning and development area, handling, contextualising and developing WSQ and non-WSQ courses since 2008. As a people developer at heart, she facilitated more than 100 different modules across different frameworks; Service Excellence, Human Resource Management, Leadership & People Management, Business Management, Retail Management, Tourism Management and many others.

She holds a Master’s degree in Training & Development (Griffith University, Australia), the Practicing Management Consultant (PMC) certification (Singapore Business Advisors and Consultant Council), the NACE Effective Coaching for Workplace Trainers certification, and the NACE Mentoring for the Workplace certification.

In the past 30 years, she has worked with a diverse range of organisations in the service sector such as M1, Marina Bay Sands, Delta Airlines, Harvey Norman and more.

Earlier on in her career, Norintan spent almost 15 years working in luxury retail that covers travel retailing business across Asia. During her tenure with the organisation, she has also helped to oversee the Human Resource Management and Training & Development for the organization, and had been involved in internal and external training.

Norintan is also a General Sales Manager where she helps to oversee the financial & accounting, sales & marketing, IT, customer relations management and general management. 

Her area of expertise is in Training & Development, Hotel Management, Adult Continuing Education and Business Administration.
