Jansen Chua

With over 30 years’ experience in leading teams and business units in both public and private sectors, Mr Jansen Chua’s forte lies in his ability to connect, understand and shift the mindsets of people. His areas of focus are leadership development, positive work culture and Human Resource Development.

His leadership journey begun as he rose through the ranks to become Chief Instructor, Air Engineering Training Institute in the Air Force. In his role as the Talent Manager, he managed the spearheaded the practice of coaching and mentoring for high potentials in the Air Engineering Group. His interest in fostering an innovation culture culminated in the award of Outstanding Innovation Facilitator at MINDEF. As Group Head People Development, Kydon Group he was instrumental in establishing coaching practice of senior leadership. His work includes facilitating culture and core value, performance management and talent management workshops.
