Passionate about creating practical and impactful solutions, she has designed and implemented HR frameworks and workplace learning initiatives, particularly for SMEs. Her experience includes leveraging structured On-the-Job Training to drive business transformation, as well as leading HRIS projects to ensure organisations have the right systems to support their growth.

Today, as a solopreneur, Delphinium continues to be a trusted partner to SMEs, championing professional and ethical HR practices through bespoke consultancy and workshops.
