Mr Boniface Da Luz has more than 30 years of career experience in both the public and private sectors.  A versatile Human Resource Professional with exposure to the whole spectrum of Strategic HRD, Organisation Development, Leadership Development, Service Excellence, Talent Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Career Development, Competency Development and Recruitment.

Boniface worked closely with the Senior Management globally and across Asia Pacific countries in leading and spearheading many critical key projects successfully.  Proven track record in creating effective organisation developmental strategies and developing talent across all levels of an organisation.  He has always immersed himself in issues and industry trends relating and aligning to organizational framework and goals.

As Head of Learning & Organisation Development in various private and public sectors, he was the primary force in leading and spearheading:
