Wendy Soh

Ms Wendy Soh is a HR professional and a practitioner with more than 30 years of experience. Being a generalist, she supported business leaders in their business strategies and growth plans, served as the Business Partner to business leaders, senior management leaders and group head office.  Described regularly as a strategic partner, highly energetic, influencer, reliable, trustworthy, ethical, passionate, approachable, and motherly, Wendy strongly believe in upholding ethics and integrity. Wendy actively work together with NTUC Learning Hub, CIPD, SUSS & SHRI as an Associate Consultant. One of her motivation is to be able to pass on the knowledge she has acquired in this ever changing and evolving industry. She has also done part-time teaching at JE Group for ITE Higher NITEC in Business & Accounting for HR Module, Business Administration & Business Etiquette & Grooming.

Some of Wendy’s business experience includes:

  • Mediator in TADM and Customer & Case Management in TAFEP. Conflict Management, Grievance Handling and Mediation between Employers and Employees.
  • Set up Regional Offices in SEA
  • Partnered with Global HR team and members of other cross-functional teams to drive appropriate HR initiatives for region in a timely and professional manner.
  • Developing and implementing an action plan for managing talents to execute business strategy, including effective management of global talent workforce.
  • Streamline and lead Recruitment Resources and practices, Review Job Levels, Review Compensation & Benefits, OKRs and Performance Indicators.
  • Reviewed the Compensation methodology and Implemented new grading system, APAC Total Rewards Management.
