Essential Writing Skills for the Workplace
Writing as a part of everyday communication has become an essential skill for everyone in the modern workplace. Regularly, we are expected to 'put it in black and white'. The modern use of email as a prime communication tool adds on to the need to master writing skills to get the right message across.
This course will help you to understand the writing process so that you can overcome the difficulty of writing. It covers techniques to use a reader-centric approach and to organise the contents to match readers and context. It also guides you on how to edit and proofread your writing documents so that you can produce clear, concise and professional workplace documents.
