Mr Boniface Da Luz has more than 30 years of career experience in both the public and private sectors. A versatile and well-rounded Human Resource Professional with knowledge in most area of Strategic Human Resource Management and Development; Transformation and Change Management, Organisation Development, Leadership Development, Talent Management and Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Career Development, Competency Development and Recruitment, HR Operations. Boniface professional role in organisations enable him to work closely with the Senior Management globally and across Asia Pacific countries in leading and spearheading many critical key projects successfully. Proven track record in creating effective organisation developmental strategies all levels of an organisation. He has always immersed himself in issues and industry trends relating and aligning to organizational framework and goals.

Boniface was also formerly the National Assessor for Business Excellence and People Developer. As Head of Learning & Organisation Development in various private and public sectors where he was the primary force in leading and spearheading:

• driving key Organisation Development programmes globally and throughout APAC, ie Talent Management & Development, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Transformation and Change Management
• instituted a mentoring & coaching environment which translated into high level of retention for key managers and high potential employees
• instituted Internal Communications that help drives Corporate Social Responsibility and Employee Engagement initiatives

Boniface has also delivered several projects for both private and public sectors and they are from MNCs, VWOs, Government Institutions, etc.

He graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Education and Training (Human Resource Development) from the University of Melbourne and has obtained an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) from the Singapore Workforce Development Agency. 

As a Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Course Facilitator and Life Coach, he continuously helps people discover, expand and fully utilize their inner resources to manifest a fulfilling and holistic life (personal or professional). Boniface uses profiling instruments in his coaching and facilitation in helping his clients and participants in understanding themselves better and developing their aspirations. 

Through the years, Boniface was trained in many areas of facilitation, Brain-based Learning, Accelerated Learning, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, etc. With his repertoire of skills, he can provide solutions ranging from consultancy, facilitation, instructional design and program development.
