Ms. Noor Constantin holds two degrees from Buffalo University New York, and Oklahoma City University, Oklahoma, USA, in Psychology and Mass Communication respectively. She graduated with honours for both degrees. She also holds a certificate for teaching the English Language to Adults (CELTA) from the British Council, Singapore and is an accredited member of the Asianic Psychologists Press of Australia to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Steps I & II (Interpretive Report). In addition, she is also a certified ACTA (advanced certificate in training and assessing) trainer and assessor awarded by the Workforce Agency (WDA), a government body in Singapore.

Noor’s body of work includes managing and facilitating the New Professional School (NPS) for new professionals across Asia (a 7-day intensive assimilation programme), delivering cultural diversity modules for ExxonMobil managers and executives in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Bangkok, Thailand, and also the Bangkok Business Service Centre (BBSC) in Thailand for ExxonMobil in the Asia Pacific region.

As the overall coordinator of the ExxonMobil New Professional School and the Bangkok Business Service Centre training programmes, she developed the training modules and conducted the following sessions: Effective Presentation and Communication in the Workplace, Cultural Diversity, Team Building and MBTI.

Noor also conducted cultural diversity and MBTI workshops for the Thailand Management Association (TMA) in Bangkok, Thailand for both multinational corporations and local organizations, a creativity & innovation workshop for AVA (Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority of Singapore), a Singapore government department, and also conducted workshops and corporate training sessions for the Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS) for Impactful Presentations, Cultural Diversity, Effective Customer Communication and Conflict Resolution. She has also successfully facilitated workshops for LaFarge in France and also Malaysia for their global middle management teams across Europe and Asia.

Her latest projects, where she was involved in designing and facilitation, were the LSP (Leadership Support Program, the TSP (Transition Support Program) and the Mentoring workshop for the SPT (Singapore Parallel Train) project for ExxonMobil Singapore.
